    Looking for 1:1 support? I am here to help! Individual therapy is a weekly space where you can bring your challenges and work on strategies to improve your overall functioning and quality of life. From work stress to learning how to heal past trauma to creating and maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself and others, I’m here for you! Sessions are held virtually via secure platform.

  • Family Therapy

    Working as a team, family sessions provide loved ones with a safe, uninterrupted space to work through the issues that have been unresolved. Family members will increase their understanding of each other’s unique strengths and needs in order to develop improved communication, problem-solving, and behavior control skills. Sessions are held virtually via secure platform.

Fees & Policies

Questions about my fees and insurance coverage?

  • I am currently in-network with Aetna and Cigna.

  • My out-of-network fee is $175 for an initial 60-minute intake appointment. Subsequent individual sessions (45 minutes) are $150. Family sessions (60 minutes) are $175.

  • In some cases I do offer sliding scale. Please reach out if you have questions!

  • If you are out-of-network (OON) and would like to see if you can be reimbursed, please contact your insurance provider to learn if you have OON benefits.

  • For individuals who do have OON benefits, I can provide a superbill (itemized list of services) for you to submit to your provider for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel a session please provide at least 24 hours notice. If you are unable to attend a session and provide advance notice, I will make every effort to reschedule your session for another time that week.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
